Dr. Laura Bonds brings hope to patients suffering from neurologic disorders. With the goal of improving her patients’ quality of life, she creates customized treatment plans using the latest advances, but there’s more to her practice that makes Dr. Bonds a Top Doc. The board-certified neurologist is naturally caring and compassionate, actively listens to her patients’ issues and concerns, and explains treatment options in understandable terms so they can make informed decisions. She’s also focused on obtaining accurate diagnostics.
“Thorough diagnosis is essential for optimal treatment, which is why I perform my own electrophysiology studies instead of handing this off to a technician,” Dr. Bonds says.
Respectful of Your Time
Dr. Bonds knows her patients’ time is valuable and doesn’t overbook appointments. “The last thing patients want to do is sit in a waiting room for a long time. We work hard at running on time and on schedule,” Dr. Bonds says. In return, she asks her patients to arrive on time for their appointments so that she can give them her undivided attention as well as to ensure that she remains on schedule for later patients.
Are you one of the 36 million Americans who suffer from migraines? Dr. Bonds develops effective treatment plans using a combination of therapies. They can include Botox, trigger-point injections, oral medications, occipital nerve blocks, and new breakthroughs such as CGRP antagonist treatment.
A migraine patient recently shared this. “I’ve lived with migraines for more than 15 years. I’ve seen multiple doctors and tried multiple treatments. But it wasn’t until I met Dr. Bonds that I started seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and having optimism for a good-quality life migraine-free. She and her staff are warm and welcoming, and Dr. Bonds is so caring and genuinely invested in every patient. Since starting treatment with Dr. Bonds, my life has been changed. I can enjoy life and spend time with my family the way I have always wanted to.”
