Tiphannie Clements and Samantha Willey joke that they met via real estate’s version of a dating service. Tiphannie had been selling new homes for five years and was looking for an opportunity to expand and build a team of agents. Samantha also wanted to lead a team and was searching for a partner that shared her drive and ambition. Their brokerage connected them based on personality test results, and it couldn’t have been a better match.

When the licensed Realtors first met in a Royse City coffee shop nine years ago, what they thought would take around an hour turned into an afternoon. They left the meeting knowing they’d met their new partner. “We immediately clicked and discovered that we live in same area but didn’t know one another,” Samantha says.

Soon, the dynamic pair created W Lux Properties Group. “People ask us what the W stands for in our company name,” says Tiphannie. “My maiden name is Willie, and Samantha’s last name is Willey, which are pronounced the same. So, we’re the ‘W’ in the brand.”

Today, Tiphanine and Samantha’s team consists of 15 hand-selected, top-notch agents. Tiphannie, Samantha, and the team strongly believe in giving back and supporting the communities they serve. They contribute to local schools and charities, including helping the homeless through Helping Hands, and donating to food banks. Having her home completely demolished by a storm last year, Tiphannie especially understands that impact homelessness has on people. Samantha and Tiphannie enjoy serving the place they call home. Both have children attending Rockwall/Heath schools and are active in the community.
