Tina’s philosophy is to ensure clients stay looking and feeling their best, and to do this she has curated a wide array of advanced services. She makes a point to try treatments first, ensuring they are effective before offering them to customers. “We are 100% results-driven but never at the expense of our clients’ experience,” she says.

Professional Excellence

Tina is no stranger to business and customer service, aesthetics, or medicine. Early in her life, she worked retail for Nordstrom where she learned the value of always putting the client first. She later went on to a successful career in medical and pharmaceutical sales which allowed her to support her husband, Dr. Jason K. Potter, through medical school and two surgical residency programs.

Tina has brought concierge, client-centric service to the medical aesthetics market. She has now teamed up with her husband, Dr. Jason K. Potter, board certified plastic surgeon, to bring her vision of results-driven aesthetic treatments combined with concierge service to Southlake. Aesthetic Specialists is the culmination of their shared passion for the industry and they set themselves apart by having a plastic surgeon as medical director, a full-time, on-site nurse practitioner and Tina’s creativity to bring it all together. Tina and Dr. Potter seek out the most talented experts in their fields to provide exceptional care. The staff have storied careers in aesthetics and dedicate time to continually advance their training to stay up to date on new techniques that could benefit their clients. This professional excellence is matched by a passion for their work reflected in the destination itself.

Passion for Elegance

Tina’s creativity is evident in everything she does. “This place is my baby. I chose the design for the space, selected the art — everything.” That love shows in the elegant design and the energy that is poured into Aesthetic Specialists every day. She has a concierge at the reception desk to greet clients as they arrive, giving them her undivided attention. She has designed private “prep” rooms for clients to relax in before treatment, where they may lounge in massage chairs, stream their favorite show, or charge their phones. “Clients visit us in search of results. They return because of how they were treated.” Tina carries that attitude into every corner of the space, and the rest of the team at Aesthetic Specialists do the same.
