Life today is non-stop. Between work, family obligations, whatever social life you can manage, who’s got time for back pain, neck pain, headaches, or migraines? Not you! That’s why the board-certified chiropractors at The Joint Chiropractic have returned to the basics of chiropractic care.

Directing DC Dr. Jason Basile explains, “We’re a throw-back to the way chiropractic was originally intended, focusing on adjustments, which are the most important tool any chiropractor has in their tool belt. While a single chiropractic adjustment won’t cure you, a lifestyle of wellness combined with routine adjustments can keep you moving forward into the life you love to live.”

Chiropractic for Everyone

An estimated 35 million Americans are treated by a chiropractor each year including, adults, children — even infants. In fact, all of our 32 NFL teams use chiropractors in season and out to boost athlete performance, improve flexibility and range of motion, treat injuries, promote recovery after practice and games, prevent injury, and maintain overall wellness. If they can do that for these elite athletes, imagine what they can do for you.

Why Chiropractic Works

Your spine and brain make up your central nervous system, which controls the rest of your body. When your spine is aligned and functioning properly, your nerves are able to carry messages efficiently throughout your body, leading to optimal function. A misalignment, however, can prevent this from happening. Chiropractic adjustment is the mechanism chiropractors use to gently and precisely realign and heal your spine and keep everything functioning the way it should.

Here for You

There are people who depend on you. The chiropractors and staff at The Joint Chiropractic understand that. It’s why they’re available seven days a week — mornings, afternoons, and evenings. “No appointment necessary,” Dr. Basile said. “Just drop in when you need us. We try to work efficiently, so you won’t have to wait, often getting you in and out in five to 10 minutes. We also work to keep our services affordable. We want to be part of your complete wellness team.”

Here for our Community

The Joint Chiropractic is a vital part of our community, presenting at local health fairs and supporting local nonprofits. “We also offer discounts to veterans and local first responders,” Dr. Basile said. “This has been a difficult time for our first responders who’ve been working non-stop. We value the service they provide and want to do anything we can—for them and our US service members and veterans.”

Meet the Team

Dr. Hyde

Dr. Briana Hyde is the clinical director of The Joint in Cypress. She earned her doctorate from Texas Chiropractic College. “I love seeing patients walk out happy and upright after they’ve been in pain for so long,” she said. Dr. Hyde enjoys Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, yoga, reading, and the outdoors. Her dog, Fitz, and her hedgehog, Harley, round out her family.

Dr. Nguyen

For Anthony Nguyen, the best thing about his 19 years as a chiropractor has been his ability to help educate the community on the importance of routine chiropractic care. Born and raised in New Jersey, Anthony received his Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from Rider University before graduating from Palmer Chiropractic College. “I knew chiropractic was my calling at a young age after I received relief from a low-back injury through routine adjustments,” he said. “The relief I received left a lasting impression on me, and I strive to bring that same relief to my patients every day.” In his spare time, Dr. Anthony enjoys running, working out, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Dr. Riepe

Dr. William Riepe is a chiropractor at The Joint’s Cypress clinic. He began his schooling at The College of New Jersey, studying exercise science and Spanish. “Learning to speak Spanish fluently has given me the chance to help a lot more people than I could have otherwise.” He received his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Texas Chiropractic College. “Combine a healthy lifestyle with chiropractic to strive for a better life,” he said. Dr. Riepe enjoys running, hunting, and fishing.

Dr. Livingood

Dr. Patrick Livingood is the clinical director of the Cyfair clinic. He received his Bachelor of Science in human biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois. He received an English Bible Certificate from Wheaton College, studied German literature at the University of Vienna, Austria, earned a Bachelor of Arts in social services, and a minor in American Indian studies from Moorhead State. “Those who join our wellness program and receive a weekly adjustment are able to maintain a higher degree of activity and an improved quality of life,” he said. He and his wife, Denise, have three children, three grandchildren, and three cats.

Dr. Basile

Dr. Jason Basile is the Director of eight of The Joint’s Houston area locations. He earned his exercise science degree from the University of Delaware and his chiropractic degree from Life University in Georgia. He spent 16 years in private practice before becoming the director of eight of The Joint’s Houston area locations. “Chiropractic aligns the body, takes pressure off nerves, and allows the body to function at optimal levels,” he said. “Hands-on, therapeutic manipulation is used to alleviate pain and discomfort, improve body functions, and put patients on a path toward wellness.

Dr. Dhillon

Dr. Anu Dhillon was frustrated with the side effects and addictions associated with pain medications. She knew there must be a better way. The more she learned about chiropractic and its natural yet effective approach to managing pain, the more she knew it was the right path for her. “Chiropractic adjustments at our Copperfield clinic are quick, convenient, and reliable,” she said. “Yet they can make all the difference for our patients.” Dr. Dhillon obtained her undergraduate degree from Fresno State and her chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. In her off-76hours, she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and baking.
