13th annual family-friendly Heights Car Show announced, registration open

Coming to The Heights in Richardson on Saturday, April 4 from 11 AM until 4 PM, The Heights Car Show is one of the first and largest charity car shows of the year. Over the show’s 12-year history, it has donated more than $59,820 and 8,375 pounds of food to the Network of Community Ministries Food Pantry.

More than just a car show, this event is a one-day festival with live music, food and kid-friendly activities.

“The Heights Car Show has grown into one of the most diverse car shows in DFW,” said show organizer Brian Ratcliff. “With 600 available spots and a wide variety of muscle cars, exotics, classics, antiques, trucks, and even military vehicles, we’re expecting this to be our largest show to date. We’re working on a unique exhibit of race cars from Sprint Cup NASCAR stock cars to NHRA dragsters to a Ferrari Challenge car. It’s always a great show for families. And admission for spectators is free.”

The Heights Car Show will award 57 trophies in 24 classes. Car registration is open at TheHeights.org/carshow or on-site from 9 AM until 1 PM on the day of the show. Show car registration is $30 per car entry or 30 canned food items. All proceeds benefit the Network of Community Ministries.
