As a heartfelt, independent business owner, Sara Greer, MD, is dedicated to helping others. She is the owner of Greer Dermatology, who, with a fantastic staff, gives exceptional care to every patient. Dr. Greer credits much of her early motivation and compassion to another inspiring woman — her mom.

Thanks to her mom’s influence, Dr. Greer began hospital volunteer work at age 14, and her lifelong love for the medical field blossomed. Following her mom’s tough battle with breast cancer, her compassion and fire for medicine only grew.

“My mom was a talented stay-at-home parent, who had conviction and purpose,” said Dr. Greer. “She believed in educating her children, and the next generation, to be true to yourself and help others.” Dr. Greer’s commitment to the community where she was raised is clear. “I love Southlake, and the opportunity to inspire and educate our future is a joy, pure and simple,” she said. “Our entire office loves watching these next generations grow!”

As a board-certified dermatologist, this commitment to education and growth is clear. Her impressive 12-year training through the University of Texas Austin honors program, Baylor College of Medicine, and Georgetown University dermatology residency put her on the fast track. In 2018, she opened her own practice where she offers personalized care with a boutique experience. “We believe what happens from the minute you call for your visit until you step out our door should be a seamless experience,” she explained. Her dedication to patients and education is a pinnacle of their practice.

Dr. Greer and her highly trained staff work hand-in-hand to create comprehensive treatment plans.
