Established 43 years ago, Richardson Dentistry has maintained their patients’ trust by providing quality, individualized care. Dr. Fleming and Dr. James Guirguis purchased the practice from the original, established dentists several years ago. Dr. Michael Guirguis, who is Dr. James Guirguis’ brother, joined the partnership several years later. They all share the team’s philosophy of patient care. The new team of dentists have brought fresh education, technology, and practices to the establishment, as well as continuing the patient rapport Richardson Dentistry is known for.

Hygienist Marny Waters has been with Richardson Dentistry for 39 years and loves going to work every morning. “It’s so important for us to share the same philosophy and practice with the integrity and skill in which we were trained,” she says. “Ever since the origin of the practice, we have been allowed to practice our craft with integrity, and approach dentistry from a comprehensive standpoint.” The staff takes the time to truly get to know their patients, enabling them to meet their needs more efficiently. Staff members have formed lifelong friendships with each other, as well as with their patients. Not only does the staff promote and provide the best oral care, they frequently meet patients’ personal needs when an extreme healthcare crisis or tragedy arises in their lives. “That’s just a natural extension of our practice,” Waters says.
