Manju Pandey, MD
It’s hard to measure the value of an excellent family practitioner who’s not only skilled at all aspects of medical care—for everyone in the family from newborns to grandparents—but also to find that special physician who has the care and empathy that you deserve in a time of medical need. Having a general doctor who knows you, your family, and your needs is almost irreplaceable for peace of mind when keeping your family healthy.
Dr. Manju Pandey at Prosper Family Medicine is a family medicine physician who embodies the best of what your family needs when it comes to preventative medicine, dealing with a chronic condition, or when you have an injury or emergency.
A board certified family physician, Dr. Pandey completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Minnesota St. Cloud and worked in private practice for three years before joining Prosper Family Medicine. She’s skilled with routine healthcare and the treatment of chronic illness including diabetes care, hypertension, thyroid issues, high cholesterol, and other common issues. In addition, she enjoys working with women’s health, including everything from basic care to annual exams and immunizations.
If you have an immediate illness or injury, you can trust that Dr. Pandey will also be able to help in an emergency situation.
“I have worked in a level 3 trauma center and an urgent care scenario,” said Dr. Pandey. “If you have any acute issues like chest pain, abdominal pain, or an injury that needs immediate help, I can also take you on a walk-in basis and give you the medical care you need.”
Dr. Pandey also enjoys the relationships she develops with young patients and teenagers. “I love helping with ADHD, immunizations, school physicals, and sports physicals, as well as routine care for the whole family.”
Getting to know families and working with them to help maintain their general health is rewarding and satisfying for Dr. Pandey. Knowing that she’s building relationships and is familiar with her patients’ medical history gives her a distinct advantage over something like an urgent care clinic.
“In my practice, I enjoy working with all age groups and all levels of health. Whether it’s a chronic illness like managing your diabetes, or dealing with the effects of aging, or working with a teenager who has the flu or a broken arm, for me it’s all part of helping people and wellness.”
