Premier Foot and Ankle

Premier Foot & Ankle Welcomes Drs. Miller and Lampe

Whether you’re a pro athlete, a weekend warrior, or you just enjoy a stroll around the block with a neighbor each evening, a problem with your foot or ankle can stop you in your tracks. For 16 years, the experienced podiatrists at Premier Foot & Ankle in Plano, Allen, and Frisco have provided relief for those suffering with foot and ankle injuries, chronic foot pain caused by diabetes, and conditions such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon, and others. Now, they’re bringing their expertise to Dallas and Mesquite, with two new offices, each with an experienced podiatric staff and a highly-qualified podiatrist at its helm.

Meet Michael Miller, DPM, AACFAS

In private practice since 1971, Dr. Miller practices minimally-invasive, conservative foot and ankle care. He’s a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He served as the director of residency at Texas Memorial Hospital in Mesquite and is past president of Dallas County Podiatric Medical Society. Dr. Miller places an emphasis on patient education. “I truly enjoy the time I spend one-on-one with each patient, explaining their condition and our options for treatment,” he said. “Surgery is always our last resort, after all conservative treatment has been exhausted.”

Meet Brandon Lampe, DPM

Originally from Ohio. Dr. Lampe is happy to be practicing and raising his newborn daughter in Texas. Prior to joining Premier Foot & Ankle, he collaborated on regenerative biomedical stem cell research at Cleveland Clinic Foundation, served as chief resident during his residency at Hunt Regional Medical Center and participated in medical mission trips in Honduras and Mexico. “For me practicing medicine is about connecting with my patients, beyond the doctor/patient relationship,” he said. “It’s important that I give my patients the time they need to explain their symptoms. Then I want to give them all the information they need to make the right treatment choice for themselves.”

EPAT

Premier Foot & Ankle offers several unique, non-operative, and non-invasive treatment options such as the EPAT treatment for plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis.  “We’ve used Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Treatment (EPAT) on hundreds of patients with great success,” said Premier Foot & Ankle founding physician Jaryl Korpinen. “The procedure can be done in-office without the need for injections or anesthesia and the patient is able to walk out of the office afterward, with few restrictions. Our success rate with EPAT is over 85 percent, and in most cases it allows us to avoid surgery.”

Premier Foot & Ankle is now accepting new patients at all five locations, offering state-of-the-art conservative care of the foot and ankle.
