The Liver Institute at Methodist offers – Nationally recognized Liver Dialysis Study—the first in North Texas—is currently underway at The Liver Institute.
Additionally, The Liver Institute is the only practice in North Texas to have the new FDA-approved Fibroscan technology, which offers a noninvasive way to determine scarring or fibrosis of the liver and often eliminates the need for a biopsy. It is safe, quite accurate and saves patients time as it can be done in a few minutes during the clinic visit. “We have the expertise, gained through years of clinical and academic experience, to accurately
