Dr. Jaiswal has always been fascinated with beautiful teeth and smiles, how they can affect a person’s overall confidence and how they’re perceived by others. Dr. Jaiswal and her team are changing the lives of patients every day, helping them achieve amazing oral health with new and improved smiles.

Raised in India, Dr. Jaiswal was a good student with a flair for detail and artistry – important skills needed in cosmetic and restorative dentistry requiring meticulous precision. “Education was always given a great deal of importance in our family,” she says. Working hard to reach her goals was at the core of her existence, learning consistency and perseverance from her parents.

Her decision to become a dentist was easy. She wanted to help others feel confident and happy about themselves and be able to change their lives for the better. She realized the allure of dentistry would allow her to do that. She practices comprehensive dentistry, enabling her to treat a multitude of oral health issues. Her practice offers everything from restorative fillings to dental implants. State-of-the-art technology and modern equipment are utilized to perform in-office procedures on a daily basis. “We do everything except periodontal treatment,” she says, affording convenience to patients with busy schedules.

Dr. Jaiswal has left no stone unturned when it comes to patients’ ultimate comfort and relaxation. Starlite’s dental office is modern and clean. The serene atmosphere feels more like a spa than a dental office. It’s the perfect setting for patients to relax and breathe in the aromatherapy essential oils diffused throughout the waiting area and office.

“I don’t think it would have been possible to be successful if I didn’t have the support of my community,” Dr. Jaiswal says. Her staff’s commitment to premier patient comfort with the highest quality care does not go unnoticed. She has some patients who travel three to four hours for an appointment with her. “I think that says a lot about me as a dentist as well as my practice.”

Dr. Jaiswal is proud to have an all-female staff of nine. She feels blessed to be able to provide women a career where they can serve others. Every day, they strive to give patients a first-class dental experience. They have helped bring Dr. Jaiswal’s vision of a “no fear” dental practice to life, tempering patients’ anxieties before they even walk through the door. Dr. Jaiswal’s office manager, Jia, welcomes each patient by phone before their appointment, gathering information on their comfort level and past dental experiences. Jia explains what will take place during their initial appointment, helping to alleviate fear of the unknown. Jia’s calm and soothing demeanor provides a non-threatening gateway to a new patient’s future dental experience, enabling them to arrive at Dr. Jaiswal’s office with less trepidation.

Upon arrival, patients are provided with a questionnaire so their visit and treatment can be customized to their comfort level. Jia or Ashley, Starlite’s insurance coordinator, leads each patient on a tour of the office and introduces them to the Starlite team. Patients feel like they’ve just met old friends and are quickly assimilated into their new dental home.

Dr. Jaiswal’s three children motivate her to be a better provider to her patients. “I’m transferring the legacy back to them. I’m teaching my kids how to serve others in a compassionate way,” she says. She and her husband, Dr. Neerav Jayaswal (also a dentist), have two boys, ages eight and six, and a little girl, age two. Even though they spell their last names differently, it’s still pronounced the same. They enjoy cooking together and dining at their favorite restaurant, Chuy’s. A former military family, Dr. Jayaswal was a captain in the U.S. Army. Now, weekends are spent outdoors with the kids and their many activities. The children are involved in Swim America and aggressively play soccer.

Dr. Jaiswal has more than 12 years of experience in the dental field. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond. She completed a two-year dental implants fellowship in India, studying every aspect of implant placement and restoration. Each year, she completes more than 200 hours of continuing education in dentistry, staying current with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements for providing cutting-edge treatment. A leading woman in her community, Dr. Jaiswal has been recognized as a top dentist in Dallas and donates her time and resources to Frisco and McKinney middle schools for career day presentations. She is also the author of expert blogs on multiple patient-care websites devoted to increasing awareness for improved oral health and wellness.

“The impact we have in changing someone’s life is the most rewarding part of dentistry,” Dr. Jaiswal says. The joy that a new smile can bring someone is beyond compare, and she’s happy to have helped so many people experience that.
