Her devotion to going above and beyond for her clients makes the real estate process seamless and stress-free for them.

Texas born and raised, Kim is a graduate of Texas Tech University and proud Rockwall resident. Prior to selling real estate, she spent 10 years working in business development with Fortune 500 companies at a global media firm. There, she honed the marketing prowess she now employs as a Realtor. “My marketing strategy is what sets your property apart,” Kim said. “Professional staging can help a potential buyer picture themselves in your home. Professional photography shows your property in its best light. And targeted marketing using a mix of multimedia gets your property in front of the exact right people. Because each property is unique, I adjust marketing strategies for each client.”

Kim also draws upon strong negotiation skills developed in corporate America, always coming to the table with a “win/win” mentality.

Because of her experience working with buyer clients that are new to the Rockwall area, and her heart for helping them get plugged into this community; as a mom of 3 kids herself, Kim is passionate about serving as a Mentoring Mom with Lakepointe Church. Kim gives back to the community she serves as the Teacher Appreciation chair on the Board of her PTA with Rockwall ISD schools.

As a Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist, Kim stays connected with business leaders as co-lead of Faith Driven Entrepreneur, a network of industry leaders and business owners in the Greater Rockwall area. She’s also honored to serve on the board of The Bucket Ministry, an organization that shares the love of God through the gift of clean, safe drinking water around the world.

Kim enjoys traveling with her husband and kids, especially to the mountains or the beach. The Wooduls are blessed to participate in mission trips to such places as Ghana, Japan, Guatemala, and later this year to Kenya and India. Kim loves barbecuing with friends, playing in the pool with her kids, or nights out on the downtown Rockwall square with her husband.
