Kym Bryant, a real estate advisor with Engel & Völkers Dallas-Fort Worth, is constantly striving to make the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible. It’s a stressful time, there is no getting around that, but I want to minimize that as much as possible. After living in two countries, seven cities, and 10 different homes, Kym understands the importance of working with a real estate professional who can guide you every step of the way.

“I know what it’s like to move from overseas or from another state with four kids in tow and not know anything about the area,” she says. “I had some agents that really made the experience less than favorable and some agents that absolutely went out of their way for us. The ones that went out of their way, are still the ones I remember today. I knew from the very start of my career, exactly the kind of agent I was going to be. It was those experiences that helped shape that for me. It’s important for me to go above and beyond for my clients, and that they know I can relate to what they are going through and I truly care. It’s the little things that make the difference.”

Kym started in real estate after moving back to the United States from London in 2013. She combined her personal experience as a mom with four kids with her vast knowledge of the real estate market to launch a successful career. In her first year as a real estate professional in Minnesota, though not even knowing one person when arriving, Kym received her firm’s prestigious New Agent of the Year Award. This early recognition was a testament to Kym’s commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Now with Engel & Völkers Dallas-Fort Worth, a global real estate brand with shops in 33 countries with continual growth in North America, Kym says the most fulfilling part of her job is helping people through the often-complex process of buying or selling a home. “I am here to protect my clients’ best interests, that is always number one she says. “My clients pick the house they want, and my job is to make sure I give them the information they need to make the best decisions. I don’t let my clients get into situations they may regret.”

Kym takes time to get to know each of her clients, learning about their lifestyle, needs, and desires for their next home. As a result, she often forms relationships that turn into personal friendships. “I truly care about my clients and end up staying in touch with them,” she says. “Many of my clients have become close friends, and that is one of my favorite parts.

When Kym is not working with her clients, she enjoys volunteering with Adults Learn-to-Swim, a nationwide initiative of U.S. Masters Swimming. A former college swimmer, she continues to nurture her love for swimming by participating as one of nearly 65,000 Masters swimmers around the United States.
