Jennifer Irwin’s husband will be watching TV somewhere other than the den couch tonight, and he knows better than to ask what happened to the picture that hung above the mantle. Such is life when your wife is a busy Realtor with a flair for staging homes to sell, sell, sell — even when it means borrowing furniture and décor from your own house. It must be working too, because, during her first year with RE/MAX Realty, Jenn was named a top producer.

Jennifer’s previous life working in marketing gives her — and her clients — a distinct advantage when it comes to promoting a home for sale. “My background allows me to think outside the box, to market homes differently than the average agent. Often, I can have the house out there in front of potential buyers before it even hits the market. And I don’t use social media in a scattershot fashion but home in on the exact right demographic.”

Although she stays busy as a full-time Realtor, Jennifer also serves and has served on the boards and committees of Serenity High School, Volunteer McKinney Center, Community Health Clinic, McKinney Education Foundation, Holy Family School, and the Kiwanis Club of McKinney and volunteers at Eddins Elementary.
