Mandy Cotten, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Next time you’re in a crowd, look around. Chances are many of the men and women surrounding you are experiencing daily fatigue, unexplained weight gain, mood changes, and feelings of discomfort due to hormonal imbalance. But these symptoms—and others—can easily be alleviated by addressing that imbalance. Dr. Mandy Cotten, FNP-C has devoted her career to doing just that, helping men and women regain the vigor and good health they once enjoyed.
At the Institute for Hormonal Balance in Arlington and Irving, Mandy offers the BioTE method of hormone optimization. Her new location on Park Springs Boulevard in Arlington is an elegant retreat where female patients begin with comprehensive well-women care. “An annual well-women exam offers my female patients the chance to ask questions, talk about symptoms they’re experiencing, and make sure their body is operating the way it should,” Mandy said. “I am passionate not only about longevity but also about optimal patient wellness and quality of life.”
For many, that journey toward wellness begins by restoring the natural balance of their hormones with BioTE Medical’s method of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), helping ease their symptoms for physical, mental, and emotional health. Dr. Cotten, FNP-C is passionate about patient education, empowering her male and female patients to make informed, savvy decisions about their own healthcare. She also offers a full menu of aesthetic services, including Botox, dermal fillers, and SlimShots, weight management, vaginal rejuvenation, SkinPen, Emsella for incontinence, PRP injections for sexual wellness, and skin tightening so you can look as good as you feel.
