Homemade Feta and Nectarine Bruschetta
1 baguette, thinly sliced into ovals
6 nectarines, thinly sliced (ripe but not too soft)
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
» Toast slices of bread in a hot frying pan.
» Arrange nectarines on the toasted bread.
» Spread feta cheese over the nectarines.
» Drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme.
