Zig Ziglar said, “Outstanding people have one thing in common: An absolute sense of mission.” Heather Prichard embodies this wisdom. The 20-plus-year real estate veteran, entrepreneur, author, and proud mother and wife has long embraced a deep sense of mission and purpose. A nationally recognized Ziglar Certified Speaker/Trainer/Coach, she inspires and motivates others through her words, actions, and unwavering strength and determination.

Heather learned to summon her inner strength early on. She was seven months pregnant when an AVM rupture in her spine left her paralyzed from the waist down. Told she’d never walk again, Heather vowed to walk before her child could. “It took lots of faith, hard work, and tears, but I achieved my goal and walked before my daughter did,” Heather said.

Her career in real estate began when she set sights on becoming a Realtor to support her family. “I was a single mom with two young children. Failure wasn’t an option. My family depended on me,” she shares.

The rest is history. Heather opened her first real estate brokerage in her mid-20’s. Her brokerage flourished, as did her reputation for honesty, trust, and integrity. She became renowned for exceeding her clients’ expectations, her savvy business strategies and negotiation skills, and for using the latest market research and technologies.

“Real estate isn’t a job; it’s a lifestyle. No matter where I go or what I am doing, people around me want to know about real estate,” Heather says, adding, “I built my career on referrals and repeat clientele. A referral is the highest compliment.”

A natural leader and entrepreneur, Heather has bought and sold several companies over the years and has garnered numerous prestigious awards. She married the love of her life, Kit, and together they have built a life they love, with people they love. In August of 2020, right before the Texas real estate market became red hot, Heather made a bold move. In the middle of a pandemic, she co-founded Ziglar Realty, a high-value, full-service brokerage, with Julie Ziglar, Zig Ziglar’s daughter. His granddaughter, DeDe Galindo, rounds out this dynamic trio of women.

In less than a year, Ziglar Realty, which focuses on residential, commercial, and ranch real estate, has grown into a talented team of agents covering most of Texas. “There’s never been a better time to sell in Texas. Outside of real estate, Heather’s active in the community and spends time with her family. “Family is everything for me,” she says. “I feel blessed and fortunate to have a wonderful husband, Mom to my amazing children, and “GiGi” to my twin grandsons and a new granddaughter.”
