Dr. Michael Fisher and Dr. Marisa Zitterich are proud to give their patients the very best that dentistry has to offer, using the latest cutting-edge digital dental technology, known as CEREC, and combining it with the unique sense of artistry and style they have built their reputation on. That means ceramic veneers and crowns, whether for a single tooth or even an entire smile make-over, are now more comfortable and convenient than ever, with most cases now possible in just one day.
“We’re excited to take CAD-CAM technology to a place and a level that few in the country have,” says Dr. Fisher. “Rather than taking two or more appointments in the office, and often weeks spent wearing temporary veneers or crowns, we’re now able to use the latest in digital dentistry to design, create and give you your new smile, often in just one day.” While digital dentistry and CEREC are not themselves new, the two doctors at F&Z Dentistry are utilizing the latest in-office technologies to take same-day dentistry to new heights.
Dr. Fisher and Dr. Zitterich are widely known for personally designing each and every smile they create, whether it’s for a few top front veneers, or an entire smile make-over. “I love that we ourselves can become the lab and are able to customize a smile at our fingertips instead of a far-away technician that doesn’t know our patient’s face, smile proportions and esthetic desires like we do,” says Dr. Zitterich.
The traditional method for veneers and crowns often requires multiple office visits, messy impressions and weeks spent wearing temporary restorations. And this process might be even more complicated for patients with larger esthetic, or full mouth restorative needs. But that’s all changed at Dr. Fisher and Dr. Zitterich’s office. After digitally scanning your teeth to create a virtual 3-D model, they use CEREC’s modeling software to personally design your new smile. Then, their CEREC in-office milling device creates the veneers and crowns with incredible precision and detail. All that’s left to do then is custom-color your new teeth to match or enhance your smile, and permanently place them.
“The future of dentistry is already here,” says Dr. Fisher. “New advances in dentistry are rapid and if you don’t keep up, you’re already behind,” adds Dr. Zitterich. With CEREC and other leading technologies like digital radiography, cosmetic imaging, intra-oral cameras, and dental lasers, they are committed to providing their patients with the most advanced, comfortable and convenient care available.
