Elisa Pontone has launched a new Club Pilates location in Katy, following the success of her Memorial studio. She and her team have brought the same exciting, uplifting vibe to the Katy studio that’s present throughout her other locations in the Houston area. Years ago, Lexi Stinger developed rheumatoid arthritis while dancing in New York. She discovered Pilates, offering low impact movement through a mind-body connection. “It’s been a game changer for me, resulting in increased range of motion, a stronger core, and less painful joints,” she says. “Pilates allowed me to reclaim my life.” She became a certified instructor, incorporating movement control and core strengthening in her class instruction. Five years after joining Elisa and Nate’s Club Pilates program, she’s the general manager of their Katy studio.

Regular exercise is vital for health and wellness. Pilates is the total body workout experience, improving physical and mental well-being. “Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned expert, there’s a Pilates class to suit everyone’s needs,” Lexi explains. Our Unlimited Club Pilates membership has its perks – members can take classes at Elisa and Nate’s other two studios in Memorial and The Heights. Experienced instructors guide you through each session of breathing with movement. Instead of muscling your way through, you’ll use the reformer to stretch and strengthen your entire body while stabilizing your joints.
