Christina Vance’s energy and excitement has fueled her passion for health and movement since her teen years. For the past five years, this mother of three has built a community of support and wellness for Colleyville at The Dailey Method. The studio combines the best aspects of ballet barre, cycling, and core conditioning to tone, sculpt, and strengthen muscles while encouraging students to embrace movement as medicine. “We want everyone to discover what it can feel like to live inside a strong, healthy body,” Christina explains.
The vibe is upbeat and fun, providing the perfect atmosphere for a community pursuing greater health to come together and share experiences.
“Our studio is for everyone, regardless of skill level,” Christina says. “Whether it’s your first time working out or you’re a seasoned veteran, we want you to feel welcome, comfortable, and supported. We’re here to build a plan with you at your pace, one class at a time.”
The Dailey Method Colleyville offers private and group classes in-studio and online via Zoom. Also online is a library of recorded class videos. The clothing boutique inside the studio can also be found online.
“When we find movement we enjoy, the more likely we are to stick with it. Health and wellness thrive in community. We create friendships and share one another’s triumphs and struggles.”
Christina loves it when Living Magazine readers visit her studio. “We enjoy helping them reach their goals.”
