Irish tenor Emmet Cahill comes to McKinney

Ireland’s “Most Exciting Young Tenor” is headed to the McKinney Performing Arts Center’s Courtroom Theater on Saturday, March 21, at 8 PM.

In 2011, Emmet became a lead singer with the international Irish music phenomenon, Celtic Thunder. To date, Emmet has performed over 350 shows with the group throughout the United States, Canada and Australia, including numerous appearances on TV shows such as PBS, QVC, Fox & Friends and the Today Show.

In 2018, Celtic Thunder received recognition by Sony Music for over 2.5 million Album and DVD sales worldwide. The group has produced 10 PBS Television specials and their concert programs are broadcast on public television every day of the year on PBS stations across America.
