Hillside Village is the place for family fun, any time of year. Whether you’re sipping a cappuccino in a rocking chair on the Village Green, taking in some live entertainment or enjoying a family game of giant-sized chess or bocce ball before getting your shop on. As the holidays approach, Hillside Village is cranking up the fun with a holiday calendar jammed-packed with family-fun activities including horse-drawn carriage rides, Santa photos, Elf Academy, ambient live music, strolling entertainment, caroling, real snow, all in a safe environment. If you’re not in the holiday spirit yet, head over to Hillside Village. We guarantee you’ll leave with a spring in your step (and a few things crossed off your Christmas list).
The Weekend Forecast? SNOW!
Beginning Friday, November 27, Hillside Village shoppers will enjoy the faux flurries of snow from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Friday and Saturday nights throughout the holidays. Kids can touch and play in the snow while Mom and Dad snap pictures.
Elf Academy Grab & Go
Families are invited to Elf Academy on December 1, 8 and 15 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon to claim their fun holiday craft boxes, while supplies last. Kids can pick up their box plus a special treat at Santa’s Corner near Razzoo’s Cajun Café, Suite 406.
Safe Santa Photos
Santa will soon be taking online reservations to experience a unique visit this year at Hillside Village. You can also chat with Santa on a Zoom call. Santa will even video record your visit and send you a link to share with family and friends or for your little one to watch over and over.
Of course, Hillside Village offers up family fun all year long with community events like their spring pop-up party, movie nights, and low-cost birthday parties for children under 10 years old (or below 48”) at their interactive splash fountain, beginning each May. And their Jam to Give concert series benefits a different charity each week throughout the summer.
Save yourself the trip into Arlington. Hillside Village in Cedar Hill offers top national retailers including Dillard’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, H&M and F21 Red and many more. They also have children’s play areas, shaded seating areas throughout the shopping center, and family-fun places to eat such as Razzoo’s Cajun Café, Crab N Bar, Mo’s Italia Express, and California Avocado Roll & Sushi.
