Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center Dallas Wants To Overcome The Post-Holiday Slump By Promoting Wellness From The Inside Out

Balance Your Hormones First For A Healthier You

Working toward fitness goals are important but managing stress and taking care of your inner self should come first. Heather Tindell, founder and spa director of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center (BHRC) Dallas, wholeheartedly believes wellness comes from the inside out — and she wants to help.

“Entering the second year of the COVID-19 pandemic, people are just not feeling themselves,” said Tindell. “People aren’t happy, which is often brought on by stress. We recommend bioidentical hormone replacement therapy to help stabilize and restore hormones to optimal levels with a natural approach. This can balance mood and energy levels and restore the quality of your life.”

BHRC Dallas is certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and was selected by Living readers as the Best Bioidentical Hormone Center in Northeast Tarrant County and Keller/Fort Worth in 2021. They offer innovative services that blend holistic approaches with cutting-edge technology to provide health and wellness services unique to each client.

“Our bioidentical hormone replacement therapy process is very intuitive,” said Tindell. “We do a lot of follow-up visits based on lab levels and symptoms, constantly customizing our treatment because everyone has different needs, levels, and balances that need to be achieved. We do blood tests, meet with patients, and help them determine a treatment plan.”

And it doesn’t just help with internal stress — the bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is also “great for managing autoimmune systems,” according to Tindell. “We have a lot of people struggling with Hashimoto’s disease, lupus, menopause, andropause, and more that this therapy can help with,” said Tindell. “Starting with this is how I like to approach wellness.”

Tindell explained that BHRC Dallas started as a clinic for internal wellness, then added the aesthetics side afterward. “We do it this way because after patients start to feel better, then they start caring about how they look,” she said. “We want to be completely well from the inside out.”

Another thing Tindell is proud of is the clinic’s hesitation to move to surgery unless absolutely necessary. “What we do is results-driven, but it’s non-surgical,” she explained. “We want to get people results without the risk of surgery if possible.”

For example, if someone is dealing with a thyroid issue, BHRC Dallas’ team of experts will look to see if they can leave the thyroid and treat it instead of moving to remove the thyroid. Or, instead of a full hysterectomy, maybe they can do a partial hysterectomy and balance the body with hormones.

“There’s a lot of quick-removal surgeries in the medical world that are not always necessary,” said Tindell. “We like to go with a more natural approach that’s effective without being as aggressive. We have a full team of licensed medical professionals to help us look at what’s best for each patient.”

Popular Treatments

Once your body feels good on the inside, you can focus on what you want to improve on the outside. Some of BHRC Dallas’ most popular aesthetic treatments include Ultherapy, CoolSculpting, Excelo2 Laser Resurfacing, and QWO injectables.

Ultherapy is a nonsurgical neck lift, which “can reduce jowls and other loose skin in the face and neck areas by toning and tightening the muscles underneath,” according to Tindell, while CoolSculpting is a “fast, effective, and non-invasive way to eliminate fat cells without plastic surgery.”

Excelo2 Laser Resurfacing is designed to “diminish fine lines and wrinkles, shrink pore size, and take 10 years off your skin with only 4-5 days of downtime,” explained Tindell. The QWO injectable is another popular option, especially since BHRC Dallas is “one of the first in the area to offer this FDA-approved injectable for moderate to severe cellulite in the buttocks.”

Other innovative treatments offered by BHRC Dallas include ThermiVa to “restore inner and outer vaginal tightness, improve incontinence, improve dryness, improve libido, and help women get back to the body they had before giving birth,” according to Tindell. For men, they offer Zwave, a high-energy radial shock wave therapy for “ED correction, stamina, and blood flow.”

BHRC Dallas is also one of the only offices in the area offering hyper dilute, “a new technique that stimulates collagen production and elastin,” said Tindell.

“If you don’t feel good, you won’t look good,” said Tindell. “You need to start with the inside and work your way out. BHRC Dallas is big about being thorough and complete because your health is not a quick fix. We like to go to the root of the problem to help you heal.”

About Heather Tindell

Before taking over BHRC Dallas, Tindell had a successful career in film, television, modeling, and sports broadcasting. After working with Garth Fisher, MD, FACS, one of the country’s top plastic surgeons based in Beverly Hills, California, she discovered she liked helping people feel and look good. Tindell also worked for Gary Motykie, MD, FACS, another top plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills before Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center recruited her to develop their med spa. Then she met her BHRC Dallas partner, who offered to invest in her vision. Now, BHRC Dallas is an award-winning bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and medical spa led by a board-certified physician and practitioners certified and licensed in anti-aging and wellness. After opening in 2013, BHRC Dallas quickly became one of DFW’s top destinations for transformational health and beauty services. It’s now operating six locations throughout the Metroplex.
