Expanding Services

Johanna constantly analyzes and anticipates shifts in the talent marketplace, then adds services with her clients’ best interest in mind.

One new service is PEO. PEO’s enter a joint-employment relationship with the employer, enabling them to outsource some or all their human resource functions. Helping relieve HR burdens allows companies to focus less on HR functions and more on growing and running their businesses.

Offering RPO, Artemis Partners works with its corporate clients to develop a recruitment strategy, find the right candidates, schedule interviews, and even create offer letters, manage negotiations, and assist with on-boarding.

“By outsourcing their recruitment process from A to Z with us, clients have more bandwidth to attend to other business goals and objectives. We regularly work with in-house HR and talent acquisition teams, supporting them and enhancing their capabilities. This allows them to concentrate on other important aspects of their job.”
