Whole Body, Whole Family Care
Arlington Physicians Network is a new, comprehensive primary care office to meet your everyday and immediate care needs. “So many people today want fast and convenient medical care,” Dr. Chamberlain said. “APN is a great alternative to visiting an urgent care facility, offering the convenience of same-day appointments with the benefit of building a strong doctor-patient relationship to help manage your health for the long term.”
Dr. Rachel Chamberlain and Dr. Signe O’Neale can provide comprehensive care in one location, including family medicine for all ages, annual physicals, sports medicine, treatment of common colds and other illnesses, and patient health optimization.
Family Medicine: Drs. Chamberlain and O’Neale can assist all members of your family with management of chronic illnesses like allergies, asthma, heart disease, depression and many others. They also can provide youth and adult preventative care (annual physicals), as well as women’s health services. And of course, they can handle common, everyday illnesses and get you feeling better.
Sports Medicine: APN’s physicians, combined with the orthopedic specialists and surgeons at Arlington Orthopedic Association and hospital support from Baylor Orthopedic and Spine Hospital Arlington, can provide unsurpassed sports medicine care. APN also is equipped to perform various immediate care treatments of sports-related injuries or conditions, including joint therapy injections and aspirations, splinting and casting, ultrasound and x-ray services.
Patient Optimization: In addition to treatment of illnesses and injuries, Drs. Chamberlain and O’Neale are dedicated to helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals – what they call patient health optimization. In their practice, this focuses on weight management, diabetes and hypertension control, and helping patients stop smoking. All three issues can present critical long-term health problems, and require comprehensive planning and care by providers who can take a whole body and mind approach. “At APN, we get to know our patients to understand their personal weight management needs and goals, and help them create a customized, realistic an effective plan through diet, exercise, and if appropriate, medication,” Dr. O’Neale said.
Dr. Chamberlain earned her medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, where she also completed her Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship. She is board certified in family medicine and sports medicine, and specializes in non-surgical sports injuries, concussion management and musculoskeletal ultrasound.
After a 13-year career as an accountant, Dr. O’Neale pursued her passion of helping others be healthy and received her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine Family Practice Residency program. She is board certified in family medicine and has extensive experience in urgent and minor emergency care, family medicine, treatment of hypertension and diabetes.
