Dr. Steven L. Remer completed his B.S. at the University of Michigan, medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, and his residency in anesthesiology at Ohio State University. He was awarded a fellowship in pain management at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in the Eugene McDermott Center for Pain Management. Dr. Remer is a board-certified anesthesiologist with a subspecialty certification in pain management. Dr. Remer treats his patients using a variety of innovative and individualized treatments emphasizing both self-care and modern procedures. He has been awarded the Patients’ Choice Award for 2010, 2011 and 2012.
Chun M. Lin MD is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and subspecialty board certified in Pain Medicine. He received his medical doctorate from Northwestern University Medical School in 2002, followed by residency at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Pain Medicine at UCLA in 2007.
Dr. Lin’s training allows him to employ a broad range of treatments, ranging from more conservative therapies (physical therapy, occupational therapy) to more advanced treatments (epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation procedures, spinal cord stimulators).
Dr Lin works with his patients to create an individualized treatment program to help manage their pain, return them to a higher level of function, and most importantly improve their quality of life.
Dr. DeGironemo’s focus is on pain of the spine and extremities and is also trained in anesthesiology and chiropractic care treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He is interested in many facets of pain management including Epidurolysis that was created by Dr. Gabor Racz whom trained Dr. DeGironemo. His vast background and constant thirst for further knowledge allows him to better treat his patients with the most advanced techniques available. He has a strong focus on patient care and encourages a multidisciplinary approach to effective pain management in order to restore function, lessen disability, and improve quality of life of his patients.
Jill Rice, RN, MSN, FNP-C received her Master of Science in nursing from Vanderbilt University, graduating with honors. She is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner and has been practicing pain management since 2001. She is currently attending University of Texas, Arlington toward a Psychology Nurse Practitioner Certification.
