Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, a 262-bed acute care hospital, is proud to have served the community for more than 16 years while it continues to expand to meet patients’ needs.

Our mission to improve and save lives in our communities grows stronger each day, as does our appreciation for the unwavering support and partnerships from all our friends and neighbors in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.

In 16 years, Mansfield has seen rapid population growth, and Methodist Mansfield has responded. The once 88-bed hospital has become 262, and services have expanded to include some of the latest medical technology, innovative treatments in more than 80 specialties, and nursing education.

Forbes has named Methodist Health System as one of America’s Best Employers for Diversity, we were recognized among the Top 150 Places to Work in Healthcare by Becker’s Hospital Review and named a Top 10 Military Employer^® by VIQTORY.

Our reputation as an award-winning hospital shows in the honors we’ve earned as a Magnet^®-designated hospital, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Level III Maternal Facility for perinatal care, Level III Trauma Center, and Advanced Primary Stroke Center and Heart Attack Center by The Joint Commission. We were the first in the DFW area to receive the AMSN PRISM Award^® for the exemplary practice of medical-surgical nursing, leadership, and patient outcomes.

We also mitigated the critical nursing shortage by opening the first Texas Tech University System satellite campus at the hospital offering a Bachelor of Science in nursing.

Our latest hospital expansion is the fifth floor of Tower B, currently under construction. Designed with a focus on patient-centered care, it will provide rooms for neurosciences and brain-related specialties including a new thrombectomy program that will give hope to those who have been impacted by blood clots, brain disease and injury. The hospital also provides outstanding orthopedic and sports medicine care with a team of highly skilled physicians and surgeons on staff who create personalized treatment plans that help top athletes get back in the game.

Our Emergency Department has been nationally recognized for our patient experience and was voted Best Emergency Room and Best Hospital by readers of Mansfield Living. We’ve also received numerous other accolades for being one of the best hospitals to provide people with the healthcare services they need.
