At Back in Motion Family Chiropractic, Dr. Michael Ganschow helps patients of all ages overcome their muscular, neurological, and joint-related pain. In practice for more than 20 years, Dr. Ganschow’s focus remains on providing personalized care, treating each patient as a person and not a condition. His motto and goal is to provide “service beyond belief.”

Dr. Ganschow and his friendly, knowledgeable team help people with headaches, neck and back pain, sciatica, spinal disc problems, pain between the shoulders, scoliosis, muscle spasms, arm and leg pain, and pregnancy-related back and hip issues. Whatever issue brings people to his practice, Dr. Ganschow strives to provide the best chiropractic care in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

When referrals from MD’s come in, Dr. Ganschow works with patients’ physicians to determine the issue and to successfully treat patients in pain. His practice offers a variety of chiropractic and therapy treatment protocols, including cold laser therapy, spinal decompression, and rapid release technology.

Any time he can help patients restore their quality of life and get back to the things they love, it’s a rewarding feeling. “I have people who come in who are in so much pain. They can’t walk or play with their grandkids,” says Dr. Ganschow. “Seeing how chiropractic care can change people’s lives is really amazing. It’s wonderful to see people come in happy and smiling and not having problems at all. We see that quite often.”

Dr. Ganschow helps patients at all stages of life, from infants to high school athletes to older individuals who rely on a walker or cane. He says he commonly helps young moms who have so much back pain they can’t pick up their kids. With his help, they can return to being Mom again. Even babies just a few months old can benefit from his chiropractic care.

“Many times, pediatricians will refer because babies have problems with regurgitation,” he says. “I see premature triplets come in for this issue.”

Dr. Ganschow also receives referrals from OB-GYNs who have pregnant women with hurt backs. “We can’t do rehabilitation exercises at that point, but we can help with the adjustments,” he says. “Instead of medication, we can take the pain away with adjustments.”

Board certified by the National and Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Dr.Ganschow educates his patients on how to optimize their quality of life with a natural and holistic approach to healthcare. He also teaches chiropractic students through his practice’s intern program with Parker University.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Ganschow stays on the field’s leading edge by attending seminars around the country. At home, he cherishes quality time with his beautiful wife, Cheryl, and their two incredible children, Madeline and Andrew. An outdoor enthusiast, he also enjoys jogging, mountain biking and hiking. Dr. Ganschow is actively involved in his church and enjoys serving his local community.
