Back Copy Request Form


Requests for previously published Living Magazines will be fulfilled if the magazine was printed within the past 12 months. Quantities are limited.
To request a back copy of a magazine, follow these steps:
1. Complete this form
2. Print
3. Return the form with payment

Please allow three weeks to process your request. Charges are $4.95 per issue and $7.50 for shipping and handling. To process a credit card by phone, please call Kristen Ford at (800) 296-6020. Please make checks payable to Living Magazine.
